Cancellation, Rescheduling, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy At Bi-Oma Crown&Co we value your time and strive to provide the best service to all our clients. Please take a moment to review our policies before booking: Cancellations • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. • To cancel, please contact the salon directly via phone, text, or email. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% service fee, charged to the card on file. Rescheduling • Rescheduling must also be done at least 24 hours in advance. • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the 25% service fee. No-Shows • Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late Arrivals • A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or modified, and a 25% service fee may apply. Exceptions • We understand that emergencies happen.
